Questions and Queries
All ticketing enquiries please email the Festival Tickets Office. For any other enquiry visit the contact us page.
Please consider our policy on alcohol and other drugs before buying tickets. We also recommend you have a look at the Terms and Conditions page.
Availability
Tickets can currently be purchased:
- Online by credit or debit card using the booking form below. Payment will be processed by PayPal (you don’t need your own Paypal account).
- By Post with a cheque. See Festival Concession Tickets & Postal Bookings, below.
Festival Concession Tickets & Postal Bookings
If you’re a student or in receipt of state benefits (other than universal benefits) you are entitled to apply for a concession ticket. There is only a concession price for full-event, adult tickets and we’ll ask you to send us a copy of proof of entitlement. We will be unable to process concession bookings after Tuesday 2 July. (They are not sold at the Ticket Office, on site.)
How to Apply for a Concession
Start by printing a copy of the booking form and send it — with both your cheque and a copy of a document per concession ticket that demonstrates entitlement — to the address on the bottom of the print-out.
How to Make a Postal Booking (Cheque Payments)
If you don’t have a credit/debit card you can send us a cheque: print a copy of the booking form.
Vehicle Passes
Of the five fields we use for our Festival, two are used primarily for parking vehicles (the Rings and Reception Fields). We charge a fee per vehicle partly to help cover the costs of renting these fields and partly to buy tree saplings, which get planted on our own land, to go someway towards offsetting our carbon footprint.
Please consider using public or shared transport as far as possible.
Festival Weekend Tickets
We are very keen that people come for the whole event: the Festival is planned as a five-day experience, to build community and connection, which is diminished if significant numbers of people arrive later.
Should there be any tickets left for sale by the Friday morning of the event, these will be available on the gate at a discounted price of £100. We'll not be selling weekend tickets in advance this year.
Valid for Friday to Sunday, available only from the Ticket Office on site. (Note they cannot be purchased from Sunseeds.) Gates open for weekend tickets at 10am on Friday 13 July. Early arrivals will be asked to pay a pro-rata surcharge.
We do not offer downgrade refunds from full Adult tickets down to Weekend only.
If you plan to travel down to buy a weekend ticket from the Ticket Office on site, check the website first: we may sell out in advance!
Cash or cheque only: we are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card on site!
Festival Day Tickets
These will be available on Sunday 21 July only from the Ticket Office on site (there is no advance purchase option). Adults (17+) £20; children and vehicles free.
Please check the website before you travel to the Festival: Day Tickets are sold proportional to numbers on site and will not be sold at all in bad weather.
Cash or cheque only: we are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card on site!
Festival Ticket Refunds
We’ll refund the cost of your ticket(s) if you return them to us before Tuesday 02 July (the office moves to the Festival site for set-up after this date). Post your ticket(s) with a covering letter that includes a return postal address to:
Buddhafield Festival, 15 St. James Avenue, Brighton, BN2 1QD.
