“Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication” - Leonardo Da Vinci

Karma and Dharma Niyama processes are regularly taught on courses at Triratna Centres. However, many struggle to understand these concepts and how they are related.

In this webinar, Mahabodhi will present a much simpler model that illustrates the relationship between wisdom, faith and emotion, so we can get our hearts behind ethical practice and be more and more open to the Dharma. There will be a chance to reflect in small groups, time for discussion and a Buddha puja.

About Mahabodhi

Mahabodhi teaches online, at the Manchester Buddhist Centre and the Buddhafield Festival. He is working on a book, called Mindfulness: the Undiscovered Foundations, which brings together the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and the doctrine of Conditionality.
