This retreat in Devon will offer different ways to practise with the body. We’ll explore the body as a way into absorption in meditation (referred to in Buddhism as ‘dhyana/jhana’). There’ll be the chance to share stories of our body’s history. We also look at our identification with the body as ‘mine’ and taste the freedom of releasing that. There’ll be rituals outside under the trees, optional chi gung and yoga, walking meditation, and daily groups according to level of experience.
