Thanks for visiting.
We’re offering two events this year. They will both be smaller than the festival we usually hold at this time. You can choose to join us for a weekend (9th-11th) or for the five day event (14th-18th).
Buddhafield Festival is a joyful gathering of people, celebrating community and connection with the land.
Song, dance, arts and crafts, yoga, meditation, and play blend together, without alcoholic drinks or recreational drugs, to create a loving and life-affirming space.
There will be Buddhist teaching, workshops and ritual, under sun and stars. The Festival is family-friendly and open to everyone, however you practice.
There will inevitably be differences between these events and the ones we usually hold. This may mean lower numbers for workshops, for example, or different Buddhafield favourites at each event. We ask that you roll with us this year and embrace the differences and changes. Come without expectation and leave full of experience and love.
Our theme for 2021 is: Kiss the Earth.
We at Buddhafield are working closely with the local licensing authority to make sure our two events, the Buddhafield Festival and the Buddhafield Weekender can go ahead safely. We expect that certain restrictions will be in place in order for our event to go ahead, and our license application is based upon there being social distancing, and face covering. We would like those attending to know that it should be expected that there will be these regulations in place and to work with us to create a harmonious, safe and joyful Buddhafield.
We have added a new ticket type this year which includes a donation to our Eco-Sattva project. This is the next stage in the evolution of Buddhafield and one that we hope will offer a permanent home to the festival and other land-based, community building projects.
