Buddhafield in the City returns to the same lovely community venue near Brick Lane for more connection, dance, workshops and chai!
We've got Bands lined up, African Drumming, 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine Dance, Gong Bath, Community singing, Journeying, Meditation, Yoga, Embodiment, Intimacy and a Conscious Party set to end the night!
If the weather permits we'll have our outdoor space with real fire, chai and acoustic hangout space in the garden. Friendships old and new:
