Buddhafield in the City Booking Terms And Conditions

Tickets are sold, and bookings made on the understanding that we all help maintain the conditions for a great event.

Our events are harmonious, and we would like to keep them that way, so we ask that you read the following. Upon attending the event, you agree to abide by the following: If you do not, you may be asked to leave, and no refund will be offered.

We have separate pages for the terms and conditions of our different event types; see the overview page here.

  • Buddhafield events are drug and alcohol-free. This includes legal highs.
  • We do not sell alcohol and ask that no one consumes alcohol or any other intoxicant whilst attending our events. If you are seen to be or suspected to be under the influence, then you may be asked to leave to protect the space.
  • This is a vegan event.
  • Please familiarise yourself with the venue on arrival - including all fire exits and any posted safety information.
  • For entry, you will require a valid ticket. We may sell tickets on the door if the event is not sold out in advance. Please check the website before attending, as no tickets will be for sale in advance if the event is sold out. We will issue you a wristband on entry, allowing you to re-enter the event when presented with a valid ticket.
  • All children (0-17 years) must attend with a responsible adult and remain with them at all times. Your children remain your responsibility through the event. We do not provide childcare facilities.
  • Buddhafield events are usually quite free and loved up - we hope this will be no exception. However, due to the nature of the venue and audience, this is a clothes-on event.
  • Refunds - tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for this event. Exceptional circumstances will be considered - please get in touch if you want to enquire about this.
  • Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the event. We regret that, in most cases, it would be impossible to ask personal permission to reproduce your image.
  • The organisers reserve the right to alter the event at short notice under exceptional circumstances.
  • The organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property sustained while attending the event except for death, injury and damage to property resulting from the organisers' negligence. In the case of damage to the ticket holder’s property caused by the organisers' negligence, the organisers' liability shall be limited to the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing such property subject to fair wear and tear.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and may be updated at any time.

Note that the above is not intended to be exhaustive, and the event managers will make decisions about appropriate action on a case-by-case basis. Their decision is final.
