SINGING and SOUND
With Mahasukha. African, sacred, uplifting and fun singing; “Amazing, joyful, liberating, energising, moving, beautiful, profound, singing from the heart – fantastic!”
Joyful Harmony Singing
With Susie Ro. Come and sing your heart out and experience the joy of harmony with talented singing teacher and singer/songwriter Susie Ro.
With Su Hart. Sing timeless forest songs of unity, healing and fun from the Baka hunter gatherers of the rainforests of Central Africa. An experience of deep co-operative listening leading to a magical interlocking singing which is great fun; rhythm and movement abound. With Su Hart from Baka Beyond.
Vocal Improvisation & The Best Group Songs I’ve Found
With Briony Greenhill. Techniques and approaches to cultivate powerful, raw, poetic lyrical improvisation; and come learn and share the songs that have been shared and loved over and over, that want, and really deserve, to live.
With Zuma Puma. Safe vocal warm up, exercises and beginner beat box techniques leading into an organic vocal jam of voices. Release your voice and unlock your throat chakra in a supported environment where every sound is important to the beat.
Mindfulness and Drumming
With Natalie Hewett and Craig Winterburn. Experience the collaboration of mindfulness and drumming – rhythm, meditation and connection of breath and body – on a journey to wellbeing, empowerment and connection with others. Learn simple drumming patterns and guided meditations to enhance engagement with the rhythm of breath, and with opportunity for discussion and enquiry in a non-judgemental group expereince.
With Paul Vermette. A deep and relaxing group sound healing session which helps to realign and integrate healing energies, using drum rattle, voice, drone flute, didgeridoo, hang drum and chimes.
Enchanting The Void
With JJ Middleway. Earth songs - western style devotional singing - of and for the land. Sacred, healing and fun.
