We are proud of our rich programme of workshops, available for nearly 12 hours every day in at least 5 venues. Access to all workshops is included as part of a ticket price and there’s a workshop to interest everyone!
LOVE the alcohol-free bit. makes it utterly different to most festies.

Movement and Dance
Participants could learn a formal technique like salsa or just take pleasure in being fully present in the body and in the luxurious sensuality of self-knowledge through movement. A range of workshops to help gain a richer experince of dance technique or rhymic movement. Until we have an update, check out of the movement and dance workshops we enjoyed last year.
Music, Sound and Singing
Making and experiencing music or singing together can create a profound sense of harmony and community. Have a look at the music, sound and singing workshops we enjoyed last year. Updates coming soon.
Shamanic, Myth and Therapy
Explore the inner world and feed the soul. In strong, safe, bridges to the spirit world participants may have the opportunity to either meet a spirit teacher in the upper world, find a spirit animal in the lower world and experience the mystery, magic and healing of a drum journey. We enjoyed these shamanic, myth and therapy workshops last year. There’ll be updates on this year’s programme from early April.
Communication and Intimacy
Opportunities to improve both personal communication skills and deepen the awareness of others. Until the updates start rolling in, why not have a look at last year’s communication and intimacy workshops programme?
Live Arts, Theatre and Play
Open up, connect and bond in a spirit of fun and playfulness through individual skills practice, team games, movement, voice, and story-telling. Last year’s live arts, theatre and play programme featured these workshops.
Green Arts and Crafts
Practical workshops for developing craft skills. Using natural materials participants can acquire knowledge and technique, in many cases creating satisfying results like sculptures, drawings or even jewellery. We had these green arts and crafts workshops last year, but we can expect an equally amazing programme this year!
Talks and More
There’s always something that just defies categorisation, so if you’re a round peg, Buddhafield has a square hole to fit you! Our talks (and more!) last year fetaured these offerings.
Area Specific Workshop Programmes
There are also full workshop programmes run by the Dharma Parlour, Women’s, Land & Permaculture and Social Change Spaces. On the Healing and Bodywork page you can find out more about daily yoga and martial arts classes.
