Buddhafield Café Programme 2010
A Café event occurs in three stages:
- Set up: where we erect the tent, install the fixtures and decorations, do cleaning, Health and Safety training and sometimes serve food to that Event’s crew.
- Event: where we serve food to ticket holders. There are usually three shifts (Morning, Afternoon and Evening), although we do adjust the pattern to suit the event we’re attending.
- Take down: where we pack up the café, usually with our mind on the next event.
We need people to arrive during Set up in time for a health and safety briefing (usually 4pm the day before the event starts). Please stay for the take down if you can! Those people attending a series of events really appreciate the help: It means we can
